LUXE Health Massage & Beauty gives you a menu of classic Thai and oil-based treatments in Chalong, with sessions from 60 to 120 minutes. I like the range of massage styles, which lets you choose between a traditional Thai session, a foot-focused option, or treatments using oil, hot compresses, or hot stones.
I also like that the prices start low, with Thai and Thai plus foot massage listed from US$10.75. You get tea, too. One caution: the small pool of customer ratings is mixed, and one account describes inconsistent massage technique and poor value for an oil treatment. Book with sensible expectations, not a promise of spa-level polish.

Choose the treatment that fits your day
There is no fixed route through a series of attractions here. This is a single massage appointment, and the treatment you book determines what your visit centers on. The menu covers a wide range, but the practical choice is simple: decide how long you want to spend and whether you want a Thai massage, an oil treatment, foot massage, or heat-based option.
The shortest listed appointments last 60 minutes, with 90- and 120-minute versions also available. A shorter session can suit a busy day or a first try. If you want a longer pause, the two-hour option gives you more treatment time, though the available information does not specify how the extra time is divided among techniques.
The listed inclusion is Thai massage and tea. Because the packages vary, check that the treatment you select matches your booking confirmation rather than assuming every listed inclusion applies in exactly the same way to every option.

What the six options mean in practice
Thai Massage is the lowest-priced starting point, from US$10.75, and is offered for 60, 90, or 120 minutes. The shop describes Thai massage as an ancient healing tradition. If you want the simplest, most affordable choice, this is the natural place to begin.
Thai Massage with Aromatherapy Oil adds aromatherapy oil to the Thai massage option, from US$18.75. The price difference is worth weighing against your preference: choose it if oil is part of what you want from the session, not just because it sounds like an upgrade.
Thai + Foot Massage also starts at US$10.75 and comes in the same three durations. It pairs a Thai session with attention to the feet, making it a sensible choice if you want a treatment that includes both rather than focusing on one type alone.
Aromatherapy Oil Massage begins at US$18.75. One past customer felt that the oil was applied well but described the session as rubbing rather than a massage, and also questioned its value. That is a useful reason to be clear about the treatment you expect when you arrive, especially if you have a firm preference about pressure or technique.
Aroma Oil Massage with Hot Compress starts at US$20.09. It combines oil massage with a hot-compress element, so it may appeal if you are specifically seeking warmth as part of your session. One customer noted that the shop communicated quickly and courteously through WhatsApp, but also found the therapists’ techniques varied across a group of seven. For this option, I would treat the experience as potentially uneven rather than assuming every therapist works in the same way.
Volcanic Hot Stone Massage starts at US$21.45 and is offered in 60-, 90-, and 120-minute sessions. The name signals a heat-based treatment, but the available details do not explain the exact method or how stones are used. If those specifics matter to you, ask the operator before booking.
What the prices do, and do not, tell you
The headline price is attractive, but compare like with like. The lowest starting prices, US$10.75, apply to Thai massage and Thai plus foot massage. Oil treatments start at US$18.75, the hot-compress option at US$20.09, and hot stone at US$21.45. The advertised starting amounts do not spell out the price for each duration, so check the final cost for your chosen session length before confirming.
One customer described a two-hour flat fee of 260 Hong Kong dollars, but that was a particular price at the time of their visit, not a current price guarantee. The strongest value case is for a reasonably priced Thai or foot-and-Thai session. For the higher-priced oil options, value depends more on whether the added treatment is delivered as you expect.
The rating is 4.0 out of 5, based on only four ratings. That is a limited sample. The positive notes include clean premises, good service, and responsive booking communication; the critical notes point to variable technique, timing concerns, and a sense that one oil session was not worth its cost. Together, those details suggest you should judge the shop by the treatment you book and the appointment you receive, not by the score alone.
Finding the shop in Chalong
The address is 18 83-84 Moo8 E Chaofah Road, Chalong, Mueang Phuket District, Phuket 83130. A customer who drove there found the location convenient and reported being able to park at the door. That is helpful if you are self-driving, but parking should not be taken as guaranteed for every visit.
The shop is described as next to Rawai Main Road. Check the map and address before setting off, especially if you are unfamiliar with the area. The supplied Facebook page is listed as an address resource, and the operator can also be contacted by phone at +66 82 636 2333 or by email at [email protected].
Opening hours are listed as 10:30 to 23:00 daily. Appointment availability, however, is listed from 10:30 to 21:00. Those are different windows: do not assume that being open late means a late treatment slot is available.
Book ahead and arrive on time
You need a reservation to get a treatment at your preferred date and time. The stated guidance is to reserve at least four hours ahead, though earlier requests have a better chance of confirmation. After booking, you can request an appointment through the Bookings page in the Klook app, or contact the operator directly.
WhatsApp communication was described as quick and courteous by one customer. The supplied booking details list phone, email, and Facebook contacts, but do not provide a WhatsApp number. If you prefer to use WhatsApp, confirm the contact route with the operator rather than assuming a number.
Arrive on time. If you are late without notice, your session may be shortened; if you are more than 15 minutes late, it may be cancelled. A missed appointment is not refundable under the stated terms. The voucher is valid for 60 days from booking confirmation, and you present it on your phone.
A full refund is available if you have not redeemed the voucher and it has not expired. Once redeemed or expired, it is not refundable. Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused service. The treatment is not recommended for people more than two months pregnant, children aged 0 to 12, or anyone with a serious medical condition.
Who should book this massage?
I would consider LUXE if you are staying around Chalong or Rawai, want a straightforward massage appointment, and value having several treatment styles and session lengths to choose from. The lower-cost Thai and Thai plus foot options are the clearest starting points if you are watching your budget.
It may also suit you if you are driving and want a shop described as convenient to reach, or if you want to make an appointment during the day or evening. The daily opening hours run until 23:00, though appointment slots are listed only through 21:00.
Be more cautious if you are booking mainly for a polished, predictable oil massage. The available feedback includes a direct complaint about technique, timing, and cost-effectiveness, alongside positive notes about cleanliness, service, and booking communication. If you have a particular preference for pressure or style, ask about it before the session, and confirm the duration and price in advance.
Should you book LUXE Health Massage & Beauty?
Book it if you want an affordable massage in Chalong and are comfortable choosing from a menu that ranges from basic Thai massage to hot-compress and hot-stone treatments. I would start with the Thai or Thai plus foot option if value is your main concern, then reserve an oil or heat treatment only if that specific addition matters to you.
The main reason to pause is the uneven account of massage quality, especially for oil treatments. Reserve early, check the exact treatment and price, and arrive on time. With those basics settled, this can be a practical way to fit an hour or two of massage into a Phuket visit.
