Amore Fitness & Define brings women’s fitness studios and spa treatments under one name, but this voucher is for a specific service: one underarm hair-removal session. It is a practical option if you want to try a treatment without signing up for a longer membership or package.
I like the choice of locations, including Punggol Coast Mall, and the chance to pair a wellness errand with a visit to a nearby mall. I also like that Amore offers different services across its outlets, from fitness classes to massages and facials. The main catch is that you need to call ahead, and the voucher is valid for 90 days, so do not leave your appointment to the last minute.

A spa and fitness brand, with a specific voucher
Amore Fitness is a women-focused fitness and wellness brand with studios and spa outlets across Singapore. Its fitness side offers group classes led by certified instructors, personal training, and equipment designed with women in mind. Amore Define provides face and body treatments, including the underarm hair-removal session covered by this offer.
That range is useful, but it can also make the deal seem broader than it is. Buying the underarm voucher does not grant gym access or include a massage or facial. The experience you book depends on the package you select at checkout, and the service described here is underarm hair removal.
The listed activity location is Amore Fitness & Define at Punggol Coast Mall. The brand has other outlets, but services vary by location: some are spa-only, while others list both fitness and spa services. If another branch is more convenient, call it before purchasing to confirm it can honor the voucher for the treatment you want.

What happens at your appointment
The booking details do not specify the hair-removal method, how long the session takes, or the exact steps involved. I would not assume the appointment includes a consultation or particular aftercare unless the outlet confirms it. Ask those questions when you call, especially if you need to plan around other commitments.
The known sequence is straightforward: buy the voucher, phone your preferred outlet to arrange a time, arrive on time, and present the e-voucher before the service starts. You will need to keep the confirmation details handy because the voucher is required for redemption.
At Punggol Coast Mall, the listed address is Tower 88 Punggol Way, #12-111/112, Singapore 829913. The fitness contact is 6339 7822, and the spa contact is 6223 3822. Since this is a spa treatment, the spa number is the sensible first call. Confirm the outlet, appointment time, and treatment details directly with staff.
Which Amore service fits your plans?
The brand covers more ground than this one voucher. Fitness options include group classes, personal training, and a two-week fitness entry package. That may suit you if you are in Singapore long enough to try a studio routine, though the underarm offer itself does not include fitness access.
Spa packages listed separately include a 60-minute Aromatic Swedish Massage, a 75-minute Hydra Replumping Facial, and a 30-minute Digestive Remedy Massage. Those are different services with separate prices and booking requirements. The price for the underarm hair-removal option is listed from US$37.59, while the overall activity page shows a starting price from US$41.35. Treat both as starting figures, and check the current checkout price for your selected package.
The locations give you room to choose a branch that suits your plans. Amore Fitness outlets are listed at Heartland Mall, Hillion Mall, Plaza Singapura, Punggol Coast Mall, Tampines 1, and Woodlands Civic Centre. Heartland Mall and Hillion Mall are studio-only for fitness. Amore Define spa outlets include those locations, plus Bugis Junction, iMall, and Jurong CPF.
This network is handy if you are staying or spending time in different parts of Singapore, but the outlet list does not mean every service is available everywhere. Bugis Junction, iMall, and Jurong CPF are marked spa-only. Call the branch you intend to visit and verify the treatment before buying a voucher tied to a particular outlet.
The price and the real value
For a single treatment, the value comes down to whether the final price and appointment fit your needs. The underarm option starts at US$37.59 in the package details, while the activity’s general starting price is US$41.35. Prices can change, so check the exact amount shown for your selected service before paying.
A one-time session can be a sensible way to try Amore without committing to repeated visits. It is less useful if you are hoping for a full wellness day, because the voucher covers only one treatment and does not bundle in a massage, facial, or fitness class. If you are comparing packages, make sure you are looking at the service you actually want, not simply the lowest displayed starting price.
The 90-day validity period gives you some flexibility, but it is not open-ended. Your appointment must fall within the voucher’s validity, which ends at 23:59 on the last day. Since the voucher cannot be cancelled or refunded, check your calendar and the outlet’s availability before purchasing.
What the service feedback suggests
Amore’s spa service has drawn praise for a clean, welcoming setting, friendly staff, and relaxing massages. One customer described a Swedish massage appointment that included hot ginger tea or hot water and a sweet red-bean soup. That small hospitality detail gives you an idea of the spa atmosphere, though it is not a promised part of the underarm treatment.
Other customers have praised professional therapists and straightforward booking. At the same time, feedback about the service counter is mixed: some found there was no hard selling, while others felt pressed to buy packages after a treatment. That does not establish what will happen during your visit, but it is fair to arrive knowing that package offers may come up. You can simply decline if you are not interested.
There has also been confusion around voucher validity for a fitness membership, with a mismatch between the voucher’s stated use period and the time allowed to complete all entries. That issue concerned a different package, not this one-session treatment. Still, it is a good reason to confirm the exact redemption rules for your own voucher when you book.
The overall rating is 4.1 out of 5 from seven ratings, with an 85% good-review rate reported for the provider. That is a useful but small sample, and the comments span several services, including massage and fitness memberships. Use the feedback as a general impression of the brand, not a guarantee about this particular hair-removal session.
Booking details that can save you a headache
After buying the voucher, contact your preferred outlet to make an appointment. Phone numbers are listed by service and branch. For Punggol Coast Mall, call 6223 3822 for the spa or 6339 7822 for fitness. Other branches have separate fitness and spa numbers, so choose the correct one.
When you call, confirm that the outlet accepts the underarm hair-removal voucher, ask what appointment slots are available, and check how much time to allow. The listed information does not state the session length or treatment method. Do not rely on assumptions from another Amore service.
Arrive on time and present the e-voucher before the service begins. It cannot be combined with another promotion, discount, or offer, and an expired voucher will not be accepted. Amore reserves the right to amend its terms without prior notice, so it is worth checking the latest details when you arrange your appointment.
Who should book it?
This is best for an adult who wants one specific treatment at an Amore outlet and can make a phone booking within the voucher’s 90-day window. It may also suit you if you are already planning to visit Punggol Coast Mall or another branch that confirms availability.
It is not the right purchase if you expect gym access, a class, or a massage as part of the underarm voucher. Nor is it ideal if you need flexible cancellation, since cancellations and refunds are not offered. If your plans are uncertain, call the outlet first and make sure the appointment options work before you pay.
Should you book Amore Fitness & Define?
Book if you want a single underarm hair-removal session, are eligible as a first-time customer, and can settle on an appointment within 90 days. The multiple locations and range of separate wellness services make Amore convenient to compare with other Singapore options, while the one-session format keeps the commitment limited.
Pause if you are buying mainly for the fitness facilities or expect extra treatments to be included. Check the selected package, current price, service availability, and appointment details with the outlet first. A quick call can prevent a simple voucher from becoming an inconvenient one.
