Crown Home Service Spa in Jakarta, Depok, South Tangerang & Cibubur

A massage therapist coming to your hotel or home can be a welcome change after a day in Jakarta. Crown Home Service Spa sends therapists to addresses in Jakarta, Depok, South Tangerang, and Cibubur, so you can skip a trip across town and have your treatment where you are staying.

Two things I like here: transport is included within the service area, and the menu gives you a real choice of styles, from reflexology to Thai massage and cupping. A 90- or 120-minute session also leaves room to choose between a shorter reset and a longer, more thorough treatment.

The main caution is that this is an appointment at your address, so you need to confirm that it falls within the coverage area before booking. A few customers also had trouble reaching the company before their appointment, so confirm your details and timing rather than assuming everything is settled once you pay.

A home appointment, not a spa visit

Crown Home Service Spa is a mobile massage service, rather than a treatment at a fixed spa location. You provide an address inside its service area, and the therapist travels to you. That can be especially handy in a city where even a short outing can mean arranging transport and adding time around the treatment.

The stated coverage includes Jakarta, Depok, South Tangerang, and Cibubur. Those names cover a broad area, but they do not guarantee that every address near the edges is served. Check your exact location in Google Maps before booking, as the service advises, and get in touch if you are unsure.

The meeting point is given as Jakarta, Indonesia, but the address for the service is your home or accommodation within the coverage zone. In other words, you are not heading to a spa reception. Make sure the address and any useful directions are clear when arranging your appointment.

Transport for the therapist is included in the price within the stated area. That is a meaningful part of the value: you are not paying for a treatment and then arranging a separate ride to a spa. Tips and gratuities are not included, and no complimentary drink is provided.

Choosing the right massage and length

The menu is broad enough that it helps to decide what you want before looking at the price. Fresh Body Massage Treatment is the least expensive listed option, from US$16.65. Body and Face, Full Body Massage and Reflexology, Aromatherapy, and Full Body Balinese treatments start from US$19.40.

Thai, Swedish, Sports, and Deep Tissue treatments start from US$22.19. Fit Therapy with Cupping, also called Bekam, is a 120-minute treatment from US$30.49. The longest listed option is the 180-minute Signature Crown Package, from US$33.29.

These are starting prices, not a single flat rate for every session. The selected treatment and duration affect the cost, so check the exact option before you confirm. The general experience is advertised from $18.29, while the individual package prices begin at different amounts.

Most listed treatments come in 90- or 120-minute versions. The longer session gives the therapist more time to work across the body without squeezing the treatment into a shorter appointment. The service describes its 120-minute massage as covering the whole body, including feet, hands, and head. If those areas matter to you, confirm that your selected package and duration include the coverage you expect.

The 180-minute Signature Crown Package is a substantial time commitment. It may suit you if you want an extended treatment and have the time to spend at home, but it is not the practical pick if you need a quick massage between plans. For many people, 90 minutes is a sensible first booking; choose 120 minutes if you want the full-body treatment to have more room.

What happens during the appointment

There is no sightseeing route or series of stops. The experience is built around one appointment at your address, with the therapist coming to you and carrying out the treatment you selected. That simplicity is the point: you can stay put instead of adding a spa trip to your day.

The treatment itself depends on the package. The menu runs from familiar massage styles such as Swedish and Balinese to options with a more specific focus, including reflexology, sports massage, deep tissue, and cupping. The available information does not spell out a fixed sequence for each treatment, so do not assume that every package follows the same routine.

Some customers describe being able to customize massage strength and technique. That is useful if you prefer lighter pressure or want a firmer massage, but it is best to say so clearly at the start. The therapist can speak English or Bahasa Indonesia, which gives you a way to explain preferences in either language.

One particularly positive account names Ms. Tuti for a Fit Therapy with Cupping session. That is a specific endorsement, not a promise that you can request or will be assigned that therapist. Treat the therapist’s name as a useful detail, not a guarantee.

If you are booking for two people, think about the sleeping arrangements. One customer advised that two single beds can be more convenient for the therapists than a shared bed. That may not be possible in every room, but it is a practical consideration if you and a partner are arranging simultaneous treatments.

The value: convenience first, then treatment choice

At the lower end, a massage starts from US$16.65, with several popular options priced from US$19.40. For a service that includes the therapist’s transport within its coverage area, that can be appealing, especially if you would otherwise spend time and money getting to a spa.

The best value depends on what you want from the session. A 90-minute Fresh Body Massage is the budget option. If you want a named style such as Swedish, Thai, or deep tissue, the starting price rises to US$22.19. The Fit Therapy with Cupping and Signature Crown packages cost more, but they also last longer or offer a more specialized treatment.

Past customers have rated the service 4.1 out of 5 across 10 reviews. The strongest praise centers on massage technique, a relaxing experience, and professional, friendly therapists. One person described the therapist’s hands as particularly good; others valued customized pressure and a calm treatment after a long day.

The picture is not uniformly positive. One customer found the Swedish massage quite different from expectations, and another reported difficulty contacting the company before receiving a late message. That is a useful reminder: treatment style is personal, and clear communication matters. If you have a particular expectation, name it when you arrange the appointment rather than relying on the package title alone.

Timing, preparation, and practical cautions

The service operates daily from 09:00 to 23:00, with last admission at 22:00. If your preferred slot is full, staff may recommend another time. That gives you some flexibility, but it is still wise to choose a time when you can stay at your address and avoid a tight schedule immediately afterward.

You need to present your mobile voucher. Confirmation is expected within minutes; if it does not appear, contact customer support. Because a customer has reported trouble reaching the company by WhatsApp and phone, keep your booking details handy and verify the appointment time and address in advance. That extra check is especially sensible if you are relying on the massage after a long day or have only one open time window.

The policy information includes a conflict: one part says cancellations and refunds are not allowed, while another says a full refund is available if you cancel at least 24 hours before the activity. It also says changes can be made for free, with changes at least two days ahead specified as free. Do not rely on one version without checking the current terms with the booking provider before payment.

Participants must be at least 5 years old. You are responsible for telling the operator about any special health conditions, and the operator says it is not responsible for adverse effects arising from treatment. If you have a health concern, be candid before the session and ask whether the treatment is suitable.

Who should book this home massage

This service makes the most sense if you are staying within the four covered areas and value not having to travel to a spa. It also suits people who want to compare several massage styles, have a particular session length in mind, or prefer to relax at their own address after a day out.

I would look closely at the treatment descriptions if you have a firm preference for pressure or technique. The positive experiences point to good hands, professional conduct, and relaxing sessions, but one less satisfied customer found the treatment did not match expectations. The package title alone may not tell you exactly how the massage will feel.

For a first visit, I would choose a 90-minute option if you are uncertain, or 120 minutes if the full-body coverage and slower pace matter more than saving a little. If booking for two, consider the room setup and whether separate beds are available. And before paying, check your address, appointment time, exact package price, and the cancellation terms.

Should you book it?

Book Crown Home Service Spa if your address is in the service area and the main appeal is a massage without a trip across Jakarta. The included therapist transport, broad treatment menu, and 90- to 180-minute choices make it a practical option, with the strongest praise focused on technique and a relaxing experience.

I would pause if you need ironclad cancellation terms, have a very specific treatment expectation, or cannot confirm the appointment directly. Check the package details, tell the therapist what pressure you prefer, and verify the booking before settling in. Do those things, and this can be a good-value way to make an evening at home feel like a proper break.
