Mahami Spa & Wellness: Premium Nails, Eyelash & Waxing Services

Mahami Spa & Nails offers a practical way to fit a beauty treatment into a Nha Trang stay, with options ranging from nail care and waxing to eyelash extensions. I like the choice of separate services, so you can book a focused appointment rather than commit to an all-day spa visit.

I also like the useful basics included: tea, a towel, slippers, and a locker. One thing to weigh carefully is the limited customer feedback available: the experience has a score of 1 out of 5 from one rating, and Mahami Spa has a 42 percent good-review rate across seven reviews.

• Several beauty services, one address: Choose hand or foot care, eyelash extensions, waxing, or an unlimited package at Mahami Spa & Nails.
• Starting prices vary by treatment: Waxing starts at US$10.85, hand or foot care at US$11.90, lash extensions at US$21.09, and unlimited packages at US$23.49.
• A few comfort items are included: Tea, a towel, slippers, and a locker come with the experience.
• Appointments need advance planning: Request a time at least six hours ahead. Your preferred time is not final until the operator reconfirms it.
• Late arrival can cost you treatment time: Your appointment may be shortened if you arrive late without notice, and a delay of more than 15 minutes means cancellation.
• Check the limited feedback signal: The experience has one rating, scored 1 out of 5. That is too little information to establish a pattern, but it is worth considering.

Choose the treatment that fits your day

This is a beauty appointment, not a sightseeing tour with a set route or a guide. You go to the spa, check in for your reserved service, and spend the visit on the treatment you selected. The menu covers hand and foot care, eyelash extensions, waxing, and an option called an unlimited package.

The treatment descriptions promise skilled therapists, premium products, and professional techniques. That gives you a useful broad picture of the approach, but the available details do not spell out exact procedures, duration, product brands, or the contents of each package. If you need to know whether a specific nail design, lash style, or waxing area is covered, ask the operator before booking rather than relying on the general category name.

The spa also points to separate massage services for people who want a broader relaxation visit. Those services are offered through another Mahami Spa & Wellness experience, so do not assume that massage is included with a nail, lash, or waxing booking.

What the setting and included items mean

Mahami describes its space as clean, tranquil, and stylish, with guest comfort in mind. That is the intended atmosphere, not a guarantee of a particular room setup or level of privacy. If you are choosing a service where privacy matters, especially waxing, it is sensible to confirm the treatment arrangements directly.

The included tea, towel, slippers, and locker are small but useful touches. A locker gives you a place to secure belongings during your service, while slippers and a towel make the visit feel more like a spa appointment than a quick stop at a beauty counter. The operator says you are responsible for your personal belongings, however, so keep valuables to a minimum.

There are a few rules designed to keep the space calm and clean. Silence your mobile phone and avoid using it inside. Outside food and drinks are not allowed, and smoking or drinking on the premises can get you asked to leave. Pets and strongly scented food, including durian, are not allowed either.

How to compare the menu and prices

The listed starting prices are accessible by spa standards, but they are entry points, not a complete price menu. Hand or foot care starts at US$11.90. Lash extensions start at US$21.09, waxing at US$10.85, and unlimited packages at US$23.49.

Those figures make it easier to decide which category fits your budget, but they do not explain how the final price changes with treatment type or package details. The information supplied for the package details is specifically for waxing, while the names of the other options are broad. Before paying, check what is included in your chosen service and whether the treatment you want matches the selected option.

Value here depends less on a long list of included extras and more on getting the particular beauty service you need at a convenient location. If you want a simple manicure or pedicure, the starting price may make the appointment easy to budget for. If you are considering lashes or an unlimited package, ask what the quoted price covers so you can compare it fairly with other salons in Nha Trang.

Do not treat the lowest price as proof that every treatment costs the same. A starting price is a useful baseline, not a promise that all styles, add-ons, or service choices fall within that amount. The operator can confirm the current scope and price for your preferred treatment.

Getting to 86A Nguyen Thi Minh Khai

The spa’s listed address is 86A Nguyen Thi Minh Khai, Tan Tien, Nha Trang, Khanh Hoa 650000. The meeting point is shown as MAHAMI SPA & NAILS, also written in Korean as 마하미 스파 나트랑. Use the address and map information when planning your route, and check that the location you navigate to matches the spa name.

Opening hours are listed as 8:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. every day, with last admission at 10 p.m. Those hours describe when the business is open, not a guarantee that a treatment slot will be free at a particular time. You still need to request an appointment, and the operator will reconfirm the actual time.

Build a little margin into your arrival. A late start can shorten your treatment if you have not notified the operator, and arriving more than 15 minutes late leads to cancellation. No refund is offered for a no-show at the confirmed appointment time, so save the confirmation and plan your route before you set out.

Booking rules worth knowing

Reservations are required, and you need to request one at least six hours in advance. After your booking is confirmed, you can send an appointment request through the Bookings page in the Klook app. The time slots shown are only a guide until the operator confirms your appointment, so booking earlier gives you a better chance of securing your preferred time.

The voucher is valid for 60 days from the booking confirmation date and expires at midnight on the last day. Present the mobile voucher when you arrive. If you do not see a confirmation within a few minutes of booking, contact customer support.

You can receive a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before the activity date, using local destination time. Miss the confirmed appointment without cancelling, and you will not receive a refund.

Tell the operator about any special health conditions before treatment. The spa states that it is not responsible for adverse effects that may arise from a treatment, so do not leave relevant health information until you are already in the chair. Anyone who appears intoxicated may be refused service.

How much confidence should you place in the feedback?

The available rating is a caution, not a verdict. This experience has one rating of 1 out of 5, while the provider shows a 42 percent good-review rate across seven total reviews. With such a small pool, the score cannot tell you exactly what to expect from a particular therapist or service, and there are no specific praised aspects that can fairly be highlighted.

I would use that information as a reason to book with clear expectations, not as proof that every appointment will go badly. Confirm the exact service, price, and time in advance. If quality or a particular technique is especially important to you, ask the spa what the treatment includes before committing.

Who is likely to find it useful

Mahami may suit you if you are already in Nha Trang and want to schedule nail care, lashes, or waxing at a central city address. The wide opening window, from 8:30 a.m. to 10 p.m., gives you several parts of the day to consider, although the exact appointment time still needs confirmation.

It is also a reasonable option if you value having basic comforts provided and prefer to reserve a specific service rather than shop around once you arrive. The starting prices can help you compare categories quickly, especially if your plans are flexible about the exact treatment.

I would be more cautious if you need a detailed service specification, have a health concern, or are choosing a treatment where technique and product details are decisive. The available information does not name therapists, describe treatment lengths, or identify brands. Ask before booking, and do not assume that the general description answers those more specific questions.

Should you book Mahami Spa & Nails?

Book if you want a beauty appointment in Nha Trang, can confirm the treatment details with the operator, and are comfortable weighing a low price against limited customer feedback. The included tea, towel, slippers, and locker are practical, and the menu covers several common services.

Pause before booking if you need strong evidence of consistent service quality or a precise description of what a package includes. The one 1-out-of-5 rating is not enough to judge the whole spa, but it is also not a signal to ignore. Get the treatment scope and final price confirmed, arrive on time, and treat the appointment as a specific beauty service rather than a full massage-and-wellness package.
